Added strength and security
Expanded metal fencing panels manufactured from hot rolled steel plate with a steel thickness of 3mm offer increased strength and security for applications including perimeter fencing for the rail, water and gas industries, secure compounds, barriers and balustrading.
Mesh dimensions are 102mm (long way) and 50.8mm (short way), with a Strand of 5.00mm (5095) and 3.35mm (5097). 2289 has mesh dimensions of 50.8mm (long way) and 22.6mm (shortway) with a strand width of 3.15mm.
Optional panel finishes include:-
- Hot dip galvanised after manufacture to BS EN ISO 1461 (formally BS729)
- Polyester powder coated on a galvanised core (range of colours available)
